Active in the construction and building sector since 1998, Boss Yapı has become a symbol of trust and quality through its engineering discipline, strong commercial foundation and innovative vision.
Since our foundation, we have delivered a wide range of turnkey projects and contract works, from residential developments to factories and from warehouses to modern office buildings and corporate headquarters. By combining our expertise in build-and-sell projects and building contracts with our in-house manufacturing capacity, we have given our projects aesthetic appeal, functionality and durability.

Founder’s message
Dear Business Partners and Friends,
When I graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 1992, I set out in the belief that this profession is not merely about producing buildings but is a global responsibility that affects people’s lives and builds trust. Guided by a broad vision, we have grown the professional journey that began in site engineering into one that extends from furniture manufacturing to international trade, and from industry to turnkey projects.
Today, the steps we take under the Eurosmart Group umbrella with the Boss Yapı, Rossi Mimarlık and Axe Furniture Equipments brands are not confined to national borders. Through the companies and affiliates we have established across the world, first and foremost in Algeria, and also in Morocco, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Belgium, Germany, Ghana and Switzerland, we have delivered construction, sector-specific manufacturing, interior architecture, decoration and renovation work, and opened showrooms. Having become a strong and reliable player in the regions where we operate, we take great satisfaction in earning foreign exchange for our country through high-volume exports and in flying our flag with pride.
By drawing on more than half a century of life experience, 34 years of engineering expertise and our background in global trade, we continue to combine aesthetics, durability and functionality in line with universal standards. With the strength we draw from the past, and with the enthusiasm of our first day carried into every project, we are building the future on solid foundations.
