Process

How we work

From structural works through finishing works, decoration and interior architecture, we take responsibility for every construction phase.

  1. Land analysis and preparation

    Before the project begins, the land is analysed and prepared for construction.

  2. Project management and coordination

    Accounting, construction supervision and engineering coordination are handled within the project.

  3. Structural works

    Construction begins with structural and building work.

  4. Finishing works and interior architecture

    The building is completed with finishing works, decoration and interior architecture.

  5. Turnkey delivery

    The project is carried forward until the building is ready for use, then completed on a turnkey basis.

Construction model

Flat-for-land arrangement

Every project on this site was built under a flat-for-land arrangement.

  1. The landowner contributes the land to the project.
  2. The contractor builds the project and carries responsibility for the construction work.
  3. The independent units are shared between the parties as set out in the contract.
